This responsibility is taken very seriously and given the respect it deserves – only ever advising what is in the best interests of the client and the approach is NEVER pushy – guiding them as to the best way forward and finding the right package for them. Open House Estate Agents don’t like ‘sneaky extras’, and so don’t force them on clients. There is a service to suit everyone – the main job is to explain the pros and cons and the potential impact of theclient’s selection on their Sale/Let. 
The relationship doesn’t have to end after a Sale/Let. Wendy also advises at a high level, providing Wills, Trusts, and Probate, as well as being an expert adviser to businesses – covering Protection and Business Continuity. Matt supports customers with Mortgages and Equity Release, along with other Protection insurances.
